Hey All,
I've been BBQing for a while now but have yet to step into any type of competition arena. I currently cook for family and friends and I'm constantly looking for new recipes and of course new equipment. I currently have a Weber Summit propane grill, a Big Steel Keg, Masterbuilt Pro dual fuel smoker, and I am picking up a La Caja China next week. If it goes on the BBQ its my favourite thing to cook...lol
I've been looking through some of the posts and the wealth of information here is incredible!
Looking forward to trying some recipes
