I've loved BBQ for a long time and just started doing it my self 8 months ago. I'm starting my first smoker build this weekend. I had some "ok" results with a regular gas grill and a cast iron smoke box but I need better. Looking forward to sharing my experiences with everyone. It's nice to be able to pick up some pointers from lifers too.[/u]
