Hi to everyone. My name is davem29 and i'm new to this forum. I just happened to find it by accident and realized it was exactly what I was looking for. I've been smoking for about 30 years. Up until recently most of my cooking has been on an old Outers or double stack Brinkman. I now have a Yoder offset stick burner that I'm getting use to.
I didn't realize what i'd been missing until I attended Myron Mixon's cooking school. OMG!!! A whole new world opened up.
I'm happy to be here and look forward to learning more from you. Thanks in advance for any help I receive on this forum.
