| Hello. I am a new member and have been reading for a while. I have a Brinkman Cimarron offset smoker with a newly added Rocks Stoker. Sure makes smoking a lot easier. Still learning but have three smokes under my belt with the Stoker. I have ordered a heat plate from Horizon BBQ and will report on it when it arrives. Till then keep on smoking and in our case we will keep on camping. |
