Whats he gonna do?
Ill bet the big 3 will stay together in Miami , but I would be kinda neat if he went back to Cleveland together with Ray Allen + Mike Miller.

No not really , most people in this area have long since put it behind them and/or forgiven the "decision", there are the hardcore people who never will, but that is their problem...
As you are undoubtedly aware Lebron is from this area , when he was here before it was pure hero worship , he had to leave in order to gain some perspective.
He still lives here (his house is about 5 miles from where I work) and has always considered this area as home hence the "coming home "...
His return is a huge boost to the Cleveland area , financially , emotionally and image wise for the entire northeast Ohio region...
I am not a basketball fan NBA or otherwise and didn't really care if he came back or not except for the impact it will have on the Cleveland area. If the "Decision 2.0" had gone differently I doubt he would have ever been able to return.
They way he went about the announcement this time shows a level of maturity that he was lacking 4 years ago. So , as he said he had to leave , it was basically his version of leaving for college then going back home...
I also do not believe that Lebron wrote the essay , I do however feel that it is his sentiments and he laid out the framework for it...

Toolman , you may get your wish one day , he has stated he would like to play in at least one NFL game...
I can envision him playing tight end in a preseason game sometime in the future towards the end of his NBA career...
it woudl be a hell of a marketing ploy , especially if Manziel isnt a bust...

Same here. Can't watch NBA. Only college basketball.
Grew up watching the NBA as a kid 45 years ago. Then, it became "run, shoot, score" and it seemed like the average score was 143 - 135. No defense. Hated that.
Scores came down a lot years later, and I mentioned to a friend that I might try watching it again. I explained why I stopped watching it, and that they must be playing defense.
He said that I'd hate it even more. He explained that scores didn't come down because of defense.
He said that the scores came down because games were now "run, throw up stupid shot, miss, rebound, run, other way, throw up stupid shot, miss, rebound, run other way." _________________ Pitt's & Spitt's U2436 |

?????You seriously believe that????? He makes ungodly amounts of money in salary and endorsements for throwing a ball in a basket 82 times a year. If he ever had to get a real job he wouldn't have a clue what to do. I bet he can't even enunciate "Would you like fries with that" in an intelligible manner. Now he's wearing Michael Jordan's number and comparing himself to MJ? Pffft. _________________ The Matt Ryan of LIARS! (#2)
