Sounds like you guys need to prepare to follow the Wisconsin seasonal pattern. Winter and road construction.

Neat!

I was just reading about The Year without Summer in the Old Sturbridge Village newsletter yesterday.

Crazy!

We have been sitting out in the evenings around the firepit. Beautiful cool evenings...in late June!!! Unheard of, usually smoking hot and humid by now. We are taking advantage of it for sure. I would go through the winter we had again anytime for a Spring and Summer like this.

Yup! No complaints here. Still 50s in the morning. Great weather so far.

I agree with MacEggs!

I'm hoping to brave the elements better this winter and get some use out of the Akorn I got in September last year.

The snow is mostly off the mountains now, there are still pockets of snow about, they cleared the road to Evanston WY the last week of May, 14' - 16' drifts that had to be cleared, that road goes over a pass at 10,800' beautiful in summer and fall, impassable winter and spring.
