I've been lurking... researching and studying this site for a few months now. We have designed and had our cooker built. It's been fired a few times and the meat is delicious. My wife developed our sauces and rubs with taste testing from some of our Southern friends who know good BBQ.

Today was "the big day" we launched our website in the www button on the bottom of this post.

Please let me know what all y'all think!

Thanks!

Welcome to the forums!

I put your URL in your www slot on your profile.

Once you have more than 100 contributing posts, you may put your URL in your signature.

On the About Us page, I think you should capitalize the J in janice in the 4th paragraph.

Good luck with your golden years venture!

NP.

Well as long as it's her choice and not a typo, you are good to go! Wink

Welcome!

There are a surprising number of New England folk on here.

Here is the Harvard Fall Festival, which has a KCBS sanctioned BBQ contest.

Here is New England Barbeque Society. I should get off my butt and join one of these years.

The calendar has events. There's a barbeque event at Mohegan Sun this weekend. I know nothing about it. Just what I read online while on their site checking out the Hall of Fame Tip-off Classic (college b-ball) that is coming up later this year.

This is at Mount Wachusett in the fall. Nice event. Bot big at all. At least it wasn't the last time I was there about 5 years ago.
