Hello from South Texas!!!!!

I had no clue that this site existed until I Googled Ole Hickory Pits CTO. Smile

I am a current dad and husband who loves to cook, shoot, and anything else dealing with the outdoors. I look forward to exchanging cooking ideas and techniques with all of you. Well, it's not as if I have a lot of experiencing cooking, but you get the idea. Laughing

By the way, I ordered the CTO and can't wait to put it through its paces.

I grew up in Nueces County, finished college in Kleberg County, and lived & worked in Live Oak county for 10 years after finishing college.
