I'm a diagnostic electrician at a mine out here. I bake, cook, brew beer, do woodworking, and have sold my photography work commercially.
I bought an inexpensive Brinkman electric smoker from the local big box about a month ago, based on the results my father-in-law got with his.
So far, I have smoked brisket, pork cushion and chicken. I am firing up the smoker in about an hour to do a batch of bratwurst for a friends and family cookout.
Pics to follow. |
