Hi,
We moved out to Sublimity Oregon from Vinton, Iowa(Big Moe Casson Country) a little under 2 years ago. Finally narrowed down my hobbies to fishing and BBQ. Semi-retired and working part time at local ACE Hardware store, I run the fishing and BBQ departments, Been cooking for years on an electric Cabalas unit and a weber Smokey Mountain. Will be starting construction on a 4' x 4' rotisserie, water smoker, offset fire box, trailer mounted pit in the next week or two. Would really like to get into some competitive cooking in the PNWBA events in the Pacific northwest.
Fishing crabbingbing are great here and the Walleyes are huge as are the King Salmon.
I,ve been asked to orgainize an annual BBQ event here in the Stayton / Sublimity area, any help on proposals I can get would be a great help.
