Aside from just eating it another day, that is. I've incorporated it into omelets, made chili topping (for hot dogs), and this is my favorite use, grilled cheese:

What's "leftover" brisket?

I've heard of brisket and cooked dozen's of them, but no matter how big a brisket I buy and cook, there's never any in the fridge a day, (or so), later! Wink Laughing Wink

I came here to ask the same thing actually. I made some a while back. It's tasty, but a bit on the dry side, and I froze a chunk of it. Tonight we had something akin to shredded beef tacos with it - delicious! But there's still a lot left. I'm looking for ideas that incorporate something that'll add a bit of moisture back into the mix.

Beans are good too, although the left over pulled pork was a a better addition to those, in my opinion.

Thanks for any ideas!

Brisket chili is one of my faves. Not just a topping, throw it all in there!

I made brisket tacos last week that the kids liked but we still had some leftover meat. My wife then made breakfast burritos with the leftovers and they were better than the tacos.
