| Hey folks, Here from Indiana..went to help my brother cook a competition in Tennessee a few weeks ago and I was hooked. He gave me an older electric brinkmann bullet style smoker and I've been smoking ribs every week. I found a good deal on a smoke hollow 38" gas smoker and think I'm ready to upgrade already! So I'll be picking it up this weekend. Sure didn't take long...Looking forward to getting into more meats. Anyway glad I found this site, glad to be here! |
