Greetings, everyone. My name is Ira, and I live in Coral Springs in the Sunshine State:
Where here in the southern part, 99% of the Q is either horrible or doesn't exist in the first place.
Been smoking many years, don't claim to be an expert or even CONSISTENT with my cooks, but every time I fire up the lump and wood, I get all tingly inside. My favorite is beef ribs, using a Memphis dry rub recipe that I mix up myself. And always, always, always...sauce on side.
Anyway, I'm an old unemployed fart (57) who wants to get into vending ABTs, because it doesn't take an expert to cook THEM. So if you get a chance, please check out my thread in the Vending forum.
