Not sure if this belongs here or in general discussion so to be safe I thought I would post it here.

Arbys has a commercial that runs for 13 hours showing a brisket being smoked

And here I thought the original MTV concept was the worlds' longest commercial. Think about it: advertisements for individual songs peppered with commercials for other things.
