Spur of the moment as I was on this board and then outside watching the kids play in the snow. I says to myself, Self, while you're out here you should be making good use of your time... So self shoots to the store and grabs some baby backs and some spares... Mmmmmm!
Used Grill Mates rub from McCormick. Not my favorite but it worked in a pinch...
Yea, I know, I've been nibbling...

Thanks Marv. For some reason I'm doing something right (or wrong) and am getting good color. Some of it here I have to attribute to the rub but still all in all I've been getting good bark...
