It's glad to be here. I have been a BBQ fanatic for years. Always got by with a back yard homemade smoker, and about 3 years ago bought my first trailer. I recently got married and my new bride shares my passion for BBQ, so we have ordered a serious upgrade from East Texas Smokers and are due to pick it up this weekend. We run a ministry that feeds 150 - 250 people twice a month, and our passion for BBQ will be mixed in with our ministry efforts. That being said, we are going to be doing some catering to help fund our ministry, do some competition BBQ to hopefully add cred to our cooking abilities, and continue on with our ministry as well. I wanted to join here and start learning more about BBQ, cooking, catering, etc. I think I have a good start on my Q (at least people tell me I do), but need to develop my own sauce and rubs - something to set me apart from the rest. I may be bugging you guys for input along the way. Looking forward to learning. -Craig Very Happy

Introducing The Smokin' Banana. All seasoned, a brisket and 2 racks of ribs under her belt. She did a great job on the maiden voyage. Very Happy
