Brent sent me some pics of his setup for heat. He is a traditionalist and loves the even heat the coals give him. Very Happy

Really nice discada. Using just coals can limit you in some ways, but as they say " different strokes " etc. If you're happy keep on keep'n on

I am not sure why using coals would limit your cooking though.

I made a scalloped disco stand just like that I use as a dutch oven stand. Looks like I will be making a tri-pod stand to put my disco on so I can cook with coal as well.
