This question has probably been answered many times on here,however I can't seem to find them......so here it is. Where can I buy "cure#1" and can I use "Morton Tender Quick" in its place. We are smoke cooking summer sausage, snack sticks, wieners, and ring bologna. thanks for your time!

I get my cure from a local restaurant/butcher supply.

Either cure can be used but they are not interchangeable.
You will have to follow the directions for each cure. I believe the TQ is saltier and also contains sugar.
