I've heard of pizza, Chinese, and Italian delivery, but this is a new one...

There have been discussions on here of people driving with lit pits. A few commercial/ caterer have done/do it.
I would not. And that is all I have to say about it. _________________ 22.5 Weber Kettle

There's a guy local to me (a caterer) who I see, on the occasional weekend morning I'm awake that early, driving down the road with his rig fired up. Smells darn good, too . He drives slow and the cops haven't given him any chit about it that I know of. I was behind a cop, who was behind him, for 2-3 miles and no blue lights, the last time I saw him. _________________ The Matt Ryan of LIARS! (#2)

It was funny/scary to see the lit logs rolling around the firebox as he'd come to a stoplight and then take off. You could see the cherry red embers through the slots in the firebox door. _________________ 22" Weber Smokey Mountain + Weber Spirit |

Ive done it once. going from my house to a party I was doing a few miles up the road. I was so worried about sparks setting a fire I was being really paranoid for about a week. _________________ Dizzy Daddy BBQ, Damn its good! |

Took that pic in Houston. My last trip there while packing up the house.
It's official now -- I'm a Carolina boy. _________________ 22" Weber Smokey Mountain + Weber Spirit |

Welcome to NC I hope you enjoy the place as much as I have for the past 58 years. Well... except for the 7 years I got abducted to NJ. I was able to escape though. |
