Hello good people of the smokering! Was here before and would lurk often. My arsenal of grill and smokers are not bigtime cool but enough to get by. I use a Old Smoky big grill with a Weber Kettle waiting in the yardbarn for smokey to die lol. A Jr Weber and just getting ready to use the WSM today or tomorrow. I got the 18 1/2. I keep changing my mind what to smoke first but had the wife pull out three slabs of ribs from the freezer. I got the WSM and alot of meat from Santa lol. The WSM has the grommet in the side for probe wires so I picked up a Maverick et-733 also. Throw out your rib secrets as I will be checking back from time to time. I was thinking with ribs putting water or apple juice in the water pan. Or would you use a flower pot bottom? I go by Mr clean due to my fancy hair style lol. Peace!
