He says he can split 4 cord an hour the way he has it set, can actually "turn it up" once he gets really good at it, maybe do 6 cord or more an hour with someone else feeding the logs with skidsteer! He can move it anywhere as it is on dot trailer, has winches built in to pull everything up and be mobile to any relatively level site, this is setup in his yard for now - but he has options!!
The two part conveyor drops all the fines and bark etc into a huge bucket, and the sawdust is kicked out into one also. He's already working on a snow cab and lighting this thing up for 24 hr processing! Heating and a/c will be handled via the existing heating and cooling system for the pumps and motor. Pretty slick in my book! _________________ Money Maker

BTW, it Decker Services. Port Washington Wi. He supplies smokehouses and fireplace wood all over S.E. Wi. Also will split your wood at your site, probably cut the trees down for you too!
Hope thats not considered an ad Big Bear, just helping any other brothers in smoke out! _________________ Money Maker

Hmm,
Sadly I don't like to split wood ahead of the time I will be using it.
If I lose too much moisture, the Oyler will belch black smoke at me all day.
I get 8' lengths by semi load and cut it weekly, or if it is a nice day I may do 2 weeks worth at a time, but no more. _________________ Just remember that the toes you may step on during your climb to the top will also be attached to the a$$es you'll be forced to kiss on your way back down! |

I can get a weeks worth of wood cut in less than an hour, I get it delivered to the restaurant and stacked there. its only a 50 foot walk to my pile _________________ Just remember that the toes you may step on during your climb to the top will also be attached to the a$$es you'll be forced to kiss on your way back down! |
