Its been almost a year since I have lit a flame under any of my Discada's.
I saw this recipe and seized the moment...I actually had some free time. Very Happy Shrimp Tacos with Lime Slaw.

http://www.williams-sonomawine.com/Shrimp-Tacos-with-Lime-Slaw

Had 2 pounds of Black Tiger Shrimp I seasoned the shrimp
taco seasoning ,lime zest and canola oil....and built the slaw early in the morning
so it could sit in the fridge for most of the day and let the flavor build.
I will let the pictures do the talking, overall it was very good.

I made the lime slaw! It was excellent! I put it on plain BBQ and it gave a different taste.

My son said "Its not Southern slaw...but really good."

Stumbled on this recipe a week or so ago. Gave it a shot with some unseasonably nice spring weather this weekend.

Excellent dish. Nice & light and full of flavors. Thanks.
