I finally got to sit down with Gordon Wang (aka woodpelletpits) over some barbecue in Beijing of all places!
True to my word, I bought his dinner, but he also brought me his new QMaster - Junior temperature controller!
As soon as I get home, I will run a cook or two, and do a post so that you all can see his new product.

Tony,
I know but it is cool in Beijing this time of year and its all I had for the walk. I don't have any choice on the hairdo, but I suspect you don't either.... LOL
Gordon is not nervous, he just had to walk a good ways from the subway station, plus it's hot in that joint...... I do think I got him liking the American style BBQ..... You really can't get anything like it in China.
It was a good meeting.....
