Will be spending 4 days in Nashville soon. Where would be the one great place for BBQ in Nashville if you could only pick one?
(But I might try 2 or 3!)

I'm a fan of Wild fire BBQ if you can stand the drive north... guess it really doesn't count as Nashville BBQ, but it's not really near ANYTHING. http://wildfirebbq.net/

Downtown Nashville you have Jack's Bar-B-Que, it's pretty good and on Broadway street, so after some BBQ you can visit Whiskey Bent Saloon. That right there, is a good day in my book Smile

Vote #2 for Martin's... Classic example of a joint that is run by someone who CARES very much about the product quality, and you can tell.
I've heard from very reliable sources Peg Leg Porker is worth a visit too.
