We have been doing business with Pecan Lodge from Dallas for several years now. They are located at the Farmer's Market and have received several awards. We fabricated there first smoker in 2009 and recently fabricated there third DPP. There first two were our standard trailer mounted units. The third, Justin of Pecan Lodge wanted a dedicated unit just for his restaurant. It is not the largest unit we have built, but it is the largest unit based on our traditional oval design. The dims are 30" H x 42" D X 9' W. Jacks with steel casters on all four corners, to make leveling and moving around a breeze. No bells and whistles on this one, kept it as simple as possible to make clean up easier. Check them out at http://www.pecanlodge.com/BUZZ.html

Obvious proof that Texans are creative with bigger and better things. We know this sentence is a Texas ego thing meant to insert humor.
Congratulations for building for a premier BBQ place. We've heard and read that the Pecan Lodge is having issues with the new owner of the market - true? |
