We had our Annual Pig Roast a few weeks ago. This year was particularly special to us because my Brother and Sister flew in from Ohio for the Party.
We had about 75-80 people this year. The weather was great and everything went off without a hitch.

80 lbs pig on at midnight. I injected it with MoJo. That turned out to be a home run. I will do this from now on. By the way, The propane is only used until morning. My staying up all night days are over.

The girls made 250+ Abt's. Very Happy I thought we would have a bunch left over. All gone Very Happy

My buddy Brian lighting the pizza oven to cook the abts.

Almost ready.

First load ready to go.

I made 30lbs of hot links. (thanks KevinP)

Pool toys ready for the kids. CHECK

Mac and Cheese in the pizza oven.

Me, My Brother and Sister relaxing before the party.

Cooked and Ready.

Popping out the eye balls.

Picking out the lest gross eye for my Kido.

Me and My Daughter keep the Family tradition alive.

Here they come.....

End to a great day.

I'm late on this thread. Nice cook! Dig the wood fired pizza oven. I have the same Bakers and Chefs gas grill, did you make the rotissere and hut for that grill or was that something that you bought just for that grill? Thanks!

Chef Thank you. I will be stealing the "partyndesom"

1buckie Its amazing... I thought I would be eating ABT's for the next month.

Griffin Thank's Man. Didn't look as good as your cooks. I compensated with Beer and Hooch.

kronkkronk I bought the grill at Sam's and built the rotisserie. You can click on the link on my signture line to check it out.

Beertooth It started as a joke between me and my late Brother. Now its a right of passage. They are a little slimy though.

HeavyD No clue.. Maybe theirs a p*rn block on your computer.

patruns It was awesome... I'm glad its only once a year though.

Tonybel Not sure what happened with your invite. That explains why our mail guy showed up. Shocked
