Had 4th of July party at a friends house Thursday evening. The 4th of July has always seemed to pair well with ribs. I'm taking 4 sides of loin backs as a compliment to a menu with burgers, brats, dips and pot luck sides. Should be a great evening with temps in the low to mid 80's cooling down significantly as the sun starts setting. What a great country we live in!!! Happy Independence Day to all my fellow ringers.

3.5 hours in. I ran 225 the first hour and have been running around 270 since. It is smelling good.!!

Coming off.

Great party.... good food, cold beer and a nice breeze coming off of the water.
