I started learning to bake bread after I got a Large Big Green Egg as a Christmas gift last December. I tried my first loaf in March of this year. It was not sourdough and it came out ok but not great. I liked learning about bread and bought a starter from King Arthur Flour company. Then I found Tom C and he gave me a recipe to try and coached me up on different ideas and methods of mixing, fermenting, shaping and slashing my dough. In about 3 months his good guidance has made me a decent sourdough bread maker. I bake about half of my loaves on my BGE. This picture is three loaves I baked on my BGE last week... And a tribute to Tom C's help.
