Just recieved my 10.25" combo skillet. Figure I'll break it in with some chicken parm. Very excited,first time cooking with CI.

How did the cook go? Remember with cast iron it takes a while to get it seasoned and to get a good cooking surface. Once you get some miles on it it will only get better and better.
