Just recieved my 10.25" combo skillet. Figure I'll break it in with some chicken parm. Very excited,first time cooking with CI. _________________ Custom 250 gallon offset.

How did the cook go? Remember with cast iron it takes a while to get it seasoned and to get a good cooking surface. Once you get some miles on it it will only get better and better. |
