Jeff T,

When you going to add yours in there? I'd like to see that Dp 40 you picked up. Did you have to clean it up a bunch or was it in good shape? If I remember right the original picks from the seller it looked a tad beat up, but your avatar looks like a fresh coat of paint.

The idea of this thread is to post pictures of cookers made by members that are not pro builders or pics of cookers that were bought from pro builders. It just wouldnt be fare to the others if i posted a pro built one. Crying or Very sad
It was a little bit dirty when i brought it home cleaned it up and fired it up. I have been waiting for better weather to sandblast and repaint it but i will post pictures in the cooker section when i do. A little bit rusty but cooks great nun the less.
But here is a cooker that i did build a while back......
http://img264.imageshack.us/slideshow/player.php?id=img264/3627/1170217807tua.smil
A 6 foot by 30 inch rotisserie with eight rotating racks that has removable baskets. Powered by a standard car battery. Will cook with charcoal & chunks or all wood. A little over 2000 inches of cook space on the baskets.
Rotates @ 1 rpm. Holds steady temps of 225-250 for a good 8 hours on 30 lbs of charcoal with chunks for smoke. Side to side dead even heat but front to back is off, but that don`t matter cause when the baskets go round "everyone gets there turn in the heat/smoke" Wink
Was fun to build.

It seem that some folks can`t view all the slides so on New-2-Q`s i used two different hosts imageshack and photobucket. Try one of those.
Thanks.

Man I wish I could see that slide show...he's even got a picture of one that I built.
I can't seem to view them, my old putter PC just don't cut it anymore.
I keep spending all my money on smokers and meats Laughing

Northsmoke do you have a popup blocker enabled? It might help if it was unblocked.
Sure wish this could be worked out for all to see but i`m not a computer guy?

Anyway i added Sa-Mokin`s cooker to the list ...check it out, its a party on wheels!
