3rd Season off to a good start!

Just reopened on Friday, had a booming three days! Unlike last year we had perfect weather (sunny, mid-70s) and there were lots of people out, both regulars & out-of-towners. Not counting catering/festivals/holidays it was our best weekend yet.

New for this year we added cornbread with honey butter which was a HUGE hit as well as Dr. Pepper to our drink menu. We also ran a rib tip taco special yesterday for Cinqo De Mayo which was quite popular too.

We're still very small time compared to most of you guys (it's just me & my wife, 3 days a week, 6 months a year) but I'm really hoping this is the year we actually make some money (and pay off all the gear we bought last year to outfit the new building). Also planning to branch out with some different type specials - mexican food, hawaiian bbq, and some lamb stuff.
