Hey everyone! I'm a long time lurker, and finally decided to come out of the shadows.
This past week I started my first smoker build. I've been smoking for a few years now, doing whole pigs, birds, and hunks of beef and pork.
My goal is to build a killer smoker trailer so that I can cater each summer. All the information I've seen so far on this forum has been amazing! Look forward to interacting with you all in the future. |
