Well we survived the competion Saturday. We did not do as good as we wanted, but by most standars we did fine. Also you have to figure into the mix that we are still getting used to the new pits.
Out of 25 teams
3rd Chef's Choice
6th Spare Ribs
8th Chicken
8th Beans
12th Brisket
Now to see if we can do better at Kirby this weekend.

That sounds like very good results considering the length of your relationship with the Vaults. I see good things coming if you are already dialing it in like that. Congratulations!!

Chef, Congrats on your calls. Very Happy Cooking on the new cookers no more than you have I would say it wont be long before your back to where you want to be.Very Happy Getting your meat the way you are used to from the offset is the biggest challenge most folks have when shifting to cabinet cookers.

That's still good Chef, once you get things tweaked you'll be fine. Can't wait to check out your vaults!

It was great to see you yesterday. Thanks for the hard work that you and your crew put in yesterday.Glad you kept Glenn in line all day that must hve been a big job itself. I am hoping for better results in two weeks. Yesterday was the first time that I did not get a walk, no reflection of your judging. We did get final table in chicken. I was not upset about anything I turned in, but there was some excellent teams competing. Thanks again for all you guys did yesterday. We had a great time and that is why we are there.
