Congrats to forum member K.A.M. (aka Kevin Miller) and his wife Debbie for winning GC at the Texas BBQ Festival in his hometown of Vidor, Texas over the weekend. Tequila Sunrise BBQ finished 4th in chicken, 3rd in ribs and won the brisket category to secure his GC, folowing a RGC last year in the same event.

Congrats on the 1st GC (and I'm sure not the last). We are still looking for our first GC (actually, still looking for our first RGC as well).

Thank You again Coz. Very Happy I can only imagine everyone trying to gather up their stuff and retreat to a safe place that would've been a pucker factor for me.

A belated CONGRATULATIONS! Here I was all prepared to console you and Debbie on how the judges can hand you a poor score and not winning is just part of the game yada yada and you guys go and win GC!! I can't wait to see the Beast in person. It makes me want to touch up the paint on my pit and polish the chrome just to try and keep up. Again, awesome results - I bet debbie is to blame. Very Happy
