Hello from taxachusettes

I am a machinist in training at a technical high school and I picked up the hobby of smoking when my parents bought me a smoker for last Christmas I'm ok-good cant wait for summer. I most often make pulled pork. But any way my current smoker is a masterbuilt pro from Home Depot but I plan to build a smoker as soon as I can afford it but a car comes first sadly. I also make a decent Carolina sauce.
