At the local Market.....
Ribs $1.48 lb
Pork Butt $1.28 lb
Brisket $1.78 lb

I guess it helps having an excel plant right down the road.

Are those prices new or everyday prices??

Some meat packing facilities have a retail section where they sell products...does Excel?

It's really time to stock up on meat right now. Packer's freezers are full, due to a dispute with China and Russia over some feed additive. Those two nations have suspended American meat imports and that means there's a glut of supply and prices will reflect that fact. Once imports are normalized, prices should rise rapidly, as the price of feed has gone up dramatically and farmers have thinned their herds to reflect that fact. Suddenly demand will outstrip supply and prices will escalate rapidly.

Personally, my freezer is full and I'm eating ribs one meal a day because they are cheap now and will likely be unaffordable soon.
