Pyrohy are Ukrainian perogies.
I picked them up at a Ukrainian church in St. Catharines, Ontario,
which is very close to Niagara Falls. Unfortunate circumstances, though - I was attending a funeral.

The kitchen at the church is huge, and they sell a bunch of other stuff, as well.
The funds they raise go towards the Church and all of it's other activities. Very Happy

A full chimney of lit briquettes, then some sprinkled small lump.

I'm sure the grilling surface was hotter than this.

Two striploins, 17oz, and 15oz. They sat at room temperature for over 3 hours.

Sprinkled some Montreal steak spice on each side after flipping.
Off after about 10-12 minutes or so.

I might be lying, but they turned out medium-rare. Smile

In honour of St. Patrick's Day ...
A 1 Liter glass boot full of beer ... why not, eh?!! Very Happy

Mac, don't know what's hotter, the grill temperature or just the thought of chowing down on that. Excellent stuff.

Thanks, man! Yeah, the SW is one my favourites, too.
Fortunately for me, it's available at the Beer Store just down the road from me. Smile
The brewery is right beside the Rogers Centre (Skydome) where the Blue Jays play.
Come up for a game and go for a tour. I have done that, and it's a lot of fun! Cool place, too. Very Happy

Thanks, man! They were stuffed with the traditional potato and cheese.
I could eat them as a meal all on their own. So good! Very Happy
