Pork tenderloin stuffed with spinach, artichoke,and cream cheese, wrapped in bacon and glazed with an apricot, ginger, and white wine.
I know you guys like photos but I forgot to take some pictures on this one. I was in a rush. I will take pictures from here on out....

Sounds like it was good... I bet it looked great too...
But, from what I have learned in my short time on this forum is this: No Photos = Didn't happen...

Pretty good recipe !!!
Artichoke hearts don't get used near enough for BBQ additions like this.....good on 'ya for that !!!!
I use 'em in deep fried potato salad & really adds to the mix _________________ Have Fun Playin' with Yer Food !!!
