Investigating the purchase of a vending/catering mobile unit. I see lots of different vendors and they all claim that theirs is superior to the competitions.

Do any of you have any suggestions as to preferred mobile unit builders? Or what I should be looking at as far as "must-have" components?

Thanks for your help!

I bought mine out of Ocilla, Georgia, cheapest price across the country. I used mine as a smoke house for my restaurant. It is 24 ft w/ 6 ft porch and includes southern pride 500, a 4 compartment self contained sink and a work table. It is currently available for 18K

As a must have,I would spec pressure treated plywood floors, and have the bottom/underside rhino lined or at least painted. The reason,I have three concession trailers and every one has need the floor replaced in the back.the wet packs up under the back area and over the years,we'll talking 3-5 years everyone has rotted.they use the cheapest plywood for the floors because no one can see them and 3-5 years later the warranty is gone,so you have to fix.

Just wanted to say thanks to qfanatic01 for the time the other night. He took time off from cooking to drive out and show us his trailer in the freezing weather. A very nice compact trailer.
