Last night was burger night so I prepared a tasty BBQ burger with beer battered onion rings.

I think my best burgers come off the grill with some pickled red onions and jalapeno peppers I keep in the frig on a toasted bun - cheese optional. Better than any burger you can cook on any flat top or in a pan.

Sure, now I am hungry for a hamburger, but why would you keep pickled red onions and jalapeno peppers in the frig on a toasted bun?

Sorry for no pics. I usually record a video when I cook something and post it on Youtube. I started this so some friends can see how I cooked certain things and then people started subscribing. Now I get emails asking when a new video will be out.

If pictures are preferred then I will certainly do that.

That does sound good. It would give a nice acidic level to it..
