Nice job David.....I guess being able to use the Deli kitchen to
do your prep and cooking in comes in handy every so often. _________________ Horizon Offset (Marshall RD Special)

I've been off the grid with the flu, so I'm keeping it simple. Prime rib, mashed sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry orange sauce and shoepeg corn. No dessert.
And the first one to complain is going to wear their plate. |

My sister did Christmas. I did Christmas Eve for 10 people with an 11lb 5 bone standing rib roast, smoked new potatoes & grilled green beans. The standing rib roast has kind of become a tradition since it is fairly cheap during the holidays. The first one I did a few years ago was damn expensive @ $9.99/lb. I then found the Publix supermarkets have a special every Thanksgiving and Christmas season on the roasts. This year they were $6.49/lb. I should have loaded up the freezer with them as it was AWESOME....again! Sorry, no pictures. _________________ In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on.
