| I am a rookie to smoking meat. My first smoker is a Brinkman SNP from Wal-mart. One day I will get a bigger and better smoker, but for the first smoker not too bad. Being a rookie I did not know that there was so much to smoking meat. I have a lot to learn. |

Jared... welcome to the ring... a fellow Texan hear, just outside of Dallas.
I use the same rig you have, and have been using it for ten years. Have made several modifications to it as a result of the guys in this "ring' being willing to share their knowledge. And the "Q" has improved steadily since.
Best of luck. Jim |

WELCOME! There is a TON of great info here and a great bunch of people too! I've had a New Braunfels for six years and I just keep cranking it up when I'm itchy for some "Q". _________________ My perfect recipe... meat and smoke.
