Help!!! My wife came to me the other day and said that she wanted to have a party for her birthday. No biggie there I love a good party Very Happy Now she wants me to cook for the party. We are looking at maybe 15 to 20 people. Not a huge turnout. Im gonna have 4 cases of homebrew and have decided that im gonna do some ABT's and a Cheeseball, but she is wanting me to do something on the smoker. No prob i could just do a shoulder and have pulled pork. But we do that quite a bit so i was thinking about trying something different. The only problem is i cant seem to come up with any good ideas. So i was hoping maybe you all might be able to help me come up with some good suggestions. The only thing is it cant be Chicken shes allergic to Chicken Exclamation Exclamation Exclamation Thanks for any suggestions.

hows about going a different direction and making a desert item in the pit,

Since you homebrew, maybe a chocolate cake with a stout of porter in it??? (if you brew that way)

I did a tri pig tenderloin that went over fantastic. Brined pork tenderloin stuffed with pork sausage and wrapped in bacon. With a finish sweet glaze on it.
