The 1st time I did that,I was crestfallen (in a Shakespearian sort of way)
Nowdays, I'll left click hold & highlite then right click "Copy" & "preview" ~~ the common problem being typing at such a blazing one finger speed, the dang thing times out & goes back to log in..... Twisted Evil

I haven't posted many pics of cooks . I always get before pics but, then the barley pops start kicking in and I forget to get pics later.

Then what your saying is the barley pops happened but the cooks never did. It may be that you started drinking barley pops passed out and dreamed you cooked. Then you wake up and wonder how you ended up laying face down in the yard checking for chinch bugs. Wink Razz Laughing

Only been here a short while as you can see...

HOWEVER, I have already learned as much here about things I had Qs on than I did over the years at 2 other major smoking forums.

Soaking in the knowledge requires a lot of reading and a little chit chat for now till I can contribute more later.

This site is very cool.

Can Too !!
I seen Ya !!
The times ya Posted Pics !!!

Seriously though, the photo thing forces me to cook better
as I have to think about the steps or stages I'm going thru to get a good cook complete.....

OTHER PEOPLE'S PICTURES really help with that, if I get stuck, I've got your snapshots either in my head or here, to fall back on, Thanks !!
There was a way higher instance of things going off the track
before.... still happens, but not as much ~~> Embarassed

Plus, at this point, I can't just put up some "toad" from the Easy Bake & expect to get away with it around here !!

I reckon I need to retrain myself when cooking. I tend to get so focused on prepping for a cook and getting it on the smoker, I ferget to take pics. Then it's too late since I adhere to the "if you're looking....not cooking" adage. Same thing when it's done. I scurry to slice or pull, and by then I'm so hungry I start chowing down without even thinking about pics, even tho I have the camera right there on the counter. Rolling Eyes Oh, the barley pop factor doesn't help either. Wink
