For the grilling enthusiasts in the St Louis area, this is a great little event. If you haven't competed in a bbq event before, this is an excellent event to get you started. Chicken, Ribs and a Mystery ingredient are the categories. Show up Saturday morning and pack up with your awards by dusk the same day.
