CB that is beautiful pie that you and the BGE turned out. Man I could down a hunk of that and wash it down with some of that ale. You had the Egg buried.....how did your gasket hold up or have you already changed it out? Still haven't gotten the Primo its maiden pizza run yet. Have all the accessories ready, just need to get a weather break which should be on the way. Great looking cook CB!!

I have waited until I wasn't hungry before looking at this post (you have made me act like a nutcase, digging through the fridge in a fit of hunger, after seeing some of your other pics Laughing ).

AWESOME job on that pizza! I'm a pizza snob (yeah, I admit it Embarassed ), and yours looks outstanding. I've been giving some serious thought about building an outdoor, wood burning oven.

Have not changed a gasket yet....it is still in good shape.you will only get flames licking the gasket if the lid is left open to long of time.....I always cook with it closed.

An outdoor wood fired pizza oven would be nice....my buddy has a huge igloo shaped oven in his back yard.
