Well I finally after years and years of prcatice and about a dozen smokers later. I finally had the chance to compete and show my stuff.
I have to say competing is without a doubt very exciting and fun.
Out of 25 teams I placed a respectable 7th and after reading all the numbers it looks like I need to work on my chicken and brisket just a bit.
Now that I'm bit by the BBQ comp bug, I better get started. _________________ Papa Mmm Mow Mow BBQ Team

Thanks Coz, I do have to add a great thanks to everyone at The Smoke Ring. From day one of my adventures into smoking meats & BBQ, everyone here has been very fourth coming with tip advise and recipes. I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for you all.
