Hi guys. Great info on here.
Been doing some family reunions and batchelor parties this summer. They went well and I enjoyed it. I want to try making some money doing this.
What is a good starter commercial smoker for a new caterer? I have three WSM's are those NSF rated?
I love the first time catering stories from everyone. Most of them are succcessful.
Thanks |

Not knowing where you live, hard (impossible) for us to say.
So I would suggest you contact your local HD to see what kind of equip is required...some states/counties/cities have stiffer rules then others. _________________ Where rumors end and legend lives forever... |
