Private party

[Oregon smoker]

So i was contacted on short notice by friend of friend type of deal. Totally private party of 60.
Meat only. Tri Tip, and BSC breast, along with mushroom burgers for some veggie eaters.
Grilled on my Big John grill so they get the show.
With groceries i quoted $600. I will take a buddy with me so we can slice and serve straight from the grill.
In line with other's prices.

$10.00 a plate for meat only, you done good - both ways. They are getting a decent price, you'll make a fair wage for a quick cook. Personally, I tell people $425 plus any and all costs for a quick lunch session..."costs" includes meats etc, fuel for truck, grill and me Maybe add in a little for mileage in this economy..... - and a server is $50 minimum to keep them from puttin up a fuss for ruining their day.
