Picked up a 3 pack of BB's at Restaurant Depot. $25.00.
Would have cost me close to $40 at Krogers.

On the cooker. Beautiful day.

At @ 3 hrs. I foiled the beans. Didn't want them too smokey. Oops, a bone (or 3) fell off. Embarassed

Cooker loves to run right here when I get the tuning plates positioned properly.
Position varies from cook to cook, depending on the weather, but I am learning a little more
on each cook and can get them close at the beginning.

Ribs, beans and "farm" potatoes.

Plated with some garlic steamed vegetables.

My attempt at the Mexican Cheesecake. Topped with fresh strawberry galze. It turned out tasty.

A friend asked me to make him a chicken. I did this on the little $100 cooker while the ribs were going.
No other pics but he raved @ it.(He just wants another one) Wink

Thanks for looking.

Forgot to mention these were glazed with Smokinit's (ringer)
Purple Pork Masters sauce. It's very good.
